VILLAGE OF LONE ROCK LONE ROCK, WISCONSIN OFFICE OF THE CLERK The Lone Rock Special Village Board held on on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. at the Village Office, 314 E Forest St, Lone Rock, WI, Board Members: Dan Quinn, President; Mary Litviak; Steve Morgenson; Harry Pulvermacher; Brandon Bindl; Adam Reno; Chris Conner. Minutes Dan Quinn called the Special Lone Rock Village Board Meeting to Order and have roll call. Roll Call was taken by Tammy Christianson with all members present, except Adam Reno and Chris Connor. Also in attendance: Esther Marshall, Haydn Walsh, and Brad Seymour. Join ZOOM Meeting: Linda Schwanke. Steve Morgenson made a motion to approve the agenda and Harry Pulvermacher seconded the motion. All voted aye, carried. Mary Litviak made a motion to approve the 4/11/23 minutes and Brandon Bindl seconded the motion. All voted aye, carried. Dan Quinn would like to welcome back board members, myself, Dan Quinn as President Trustees Brandon Bindl, Mary Litviak and Harry Pulvermacher. Thank you for joining us again. Tree removal on Main Street. Dan Quinn stated that we have eight (8) ash trees that are in the process of dying and need to be removed. A tree company came in and to remove trees and stumps will be $450.00 a tree. Steve Morgenson made a motion to approve the tree company’s quote and Mary Litviak seconded the motion. All voted aye, carried. Dan Quinn stated that the Richland County Sheriff Department never got a hold of him today, but this is on their agenda to approve us hiring their officer. We won't make any motions on this. We did approve it before but was hoping we could sign it tonight. The RV Little League would like to take the slash pad off the pop machine and let Little League take care of it. All proceeds go to River Valley Little League. Steven Morgenson made a motion move the pop machine to the RV Little League and Brandon Bindl seconded the motion. All vote aye, carried. Mary Litviak announced that we finally got our Village website www.villageoflonerock.com up and live as of yesterday. We've got our billboard; the homepage is going to be strictly for announcements and news and anything new and upcoming events. At the bottom you have a subscription list. Anybody who signs up for this will get emails of agendas and minutes when posted to the site. There are some parts that aren't set up yet. This is really stage one. Stage two is going to be all the fancy stuff in what's called the HeyGov section that is going to take care of a lot of our payments, scheduling calendars are online and things like the subscription site. More direct connections that needs to happen between the site and some of our internal systems here first, but much of the structure is already set up and ready to go.
