Public input on proposed code of ordinances Consideration of and possible action on an ordinance creating a partial code of ordinances for the Village of Lone Rock, Richland County, Wisconsin. Consideration of and possible action on applying for and creating a TIF/TID district in the Village of Lone Rock for the school forest land. Consideration of and possible action on a Resolution for Inclusion Under the Wisconsin Public Employer’s Group Health Insurance Program. Splash Pad Repair/Maintenance. New Operators Licenses: Buffy Lugo (Lone Rock Shell), Caitlin Salisbury (The Woods), Hunter Thornton, LeAnn Schultz, and Dianna Otto (Lone Rock Mart). Building Permit(s): (D. Butteris approved) on 8/17/2023 to Heidi and Julian Zepeda construct living space above 304 Oak St., on 8/23/2023 to Terry Alt lean to, Haydn Walsh deck and Derrick & Lorrie Reeves new home (pending LR Zoning approval). Gardiner Appraisal Service, LLC retiring 12/31/2023, will not provide future services. Fire District Police Library Public Works Department – Chris Conner & Haydn Walsh • Tree cutting in the village not related to storm damage – Haydn Walsh. Update on Vierbacher to help support getting our zoning ordinances together. Set date and time for performance reviews.
