ROLL CALL All commissioners present. Commissioners Stephen Adams, Connie Gutierrez, Nubia Flores Cedeno, Chris Present: Karadjov, Kim Vuong, Alice Bruns and Deaka McClain FLAG SALUTE The flag salute was led by Commissioner Adams. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION Frances Emily Dawson Harris, CD1 resident, spoke about her concerns and recommendations regarding the use of leaf blowers in the City of Long Beach. PRESENTATION Dr. Alan Safer and Dr. Lesley Farmer, the CSULB team for disabilities data analytics, presented their research over the last decade that has focused on issues of disabilities in the CSU system. A motion was made by Commissioner Vuong, seconded by Commissioner Gutierrez, to approve recommendation. A motion was made by Commissioner Gutierrez, seconded by Commissioner Vuong, to approve recommendation. A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Commissioner Cedeno, to approve recommendation. A motion was made by Commissioner Gutierrez, seconded by Vice Chair Bruns, to approve recommendation.
