ROLL CALL Commissioners Karen L. Highberger, Irma Hernandez, Jan Robert van Dijs and Present: Alan Burks Commissioners Shannon Carmack and Louise Ivers Excused: ALSO PRESENT: Steve Gerhardt, Senior Planner; Thelinjoris Manuel, Clerk Typist III. FLAG SALUTE Commissioner Hernandez led in the flag salute. MINUTES 1. 14-001CH Recommendation to approve the Minutes of the Cultural Heritage Commission meeting held December 9, 2013. A motion was made by Commissioner Hernandez, seconded by Vice Chair Highberger, to defer approval of the December 9, 2013 Minutes to the next meeting. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4 - Karen L.
