OCEAN BLVD, 5:30 PM 1 17-011CH Recommendation to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness request for the construction of a detached 796-square-foot single-story residence with an attached 546-square-foot one-story two-car garage to a property with an existing two-story single-family residence and detached two-car garage located at 2604 E. 1st Street. The property is a contributing structure within the Bluff Park Historic District. (District 3) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. The decision involves replacement of thirteen non-historic windows and replacing with new fiberglass and vinyl windows on an existing single-family residence located at 3637 Gaviota Avenue. The site is a contributing property within the California Heights Historic Landmark District. (District 7) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
