ROLL CALL (5:08 PM) Commissioners Zendejas, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Hudson, Present: Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson Commissioners Price and Austin Absent: Also present: Alison King, Deputy Executive Director; Richard Anthony, Deputy City Attorney; Tamela Austin, City Clerk Specialist. REGULAR AGENDA (5:09 PM) 1. 19-1214 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday, November 12, 2019. OCEAN BOULEVARD THE CITY OF LONG BEACH, CIVIC CHAMBERS, 4:45 PM CALIFORNIA MINUTES A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by Commissioner Uranga, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Zendejas, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Hudson, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 2 - Price and Austin 2. 19-1215 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Reports for September 2019. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by Vice Chair Pearce, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Zendejas, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Hudson, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 2 - Price and Austin NEW BUSINESS (05:10 PM) There was no new business. PUBLIC COMMENT (05:10 PM) No members of the public addressed the committee.
