Commissioner Price, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 11 - Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga,
Austin, Hudson, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson
2. 20-1013 Recommendation to approve the minutes of the Housing Authority of
the City of Long Beach, California Regular Meeting held Tuesday,
August 11, 2020.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Pearce, seconded by
Commissioner Zendejas, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 11 - Zendejas, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga,
Austin, Hudson, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson
3. 20-1014 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Reports for June 2020. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Commissioner Zendejas, seconded by
Commissioner Mungo, to approve recommendation. The
motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 10 - Zendejas, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Austin,

4. 20-1015 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial
and Operational Performance Reports for July 2020. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Commissioner Zendejas, seconded by
Commissioner Mungo, to approve recommendation. The

5. 20-1016 Recommendation to authorize Housing Authority, or designee, to
execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 34756 with
BDO USA, LLP, formerly Casterline Associates, P.C., of Philadelphia,
for professional accounting services, to increase the contract amount
by $50,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $411,378,
and extend the term to December 31, 2020. (Citywide)
A motion was made by Commissioner Zendejas, seconded by
Vice Chair Pearce, to approve recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
