The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 9 - Zendejas, Supernaw, Mungo, Andrews, Uranga, Austin, Tanzer, Pearce and Richardson Absent: 2 - Price and Hudson 5. 20-1217 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing the Assistant Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director to execute all documents necessary with the Housing and Community Investment Department of Los Angeles (HCIDLA), to receive and expend funding of up to $1,250,000, to continue the Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA) Program, for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021; and, Increase appropriations in the Housing Authority Fund Group in the Health and Human Services Department by $237,491, offset by grant revenue. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Supernaw, seconded by Commissioner Austin, to approve recommendation and adopt Resolution No. H.A. 03-20. MacPherson and Stuart S. MacPherson, c/o GRG Management Services, and the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach, for 12 parking spaces located at 523 East Fourth Street, for continued occupancy by the Housing Authority. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Zendejas, seconded by Vice Chair Pearce, to approve recommendation and adopt Resolution No. H.A. 04-20.
