A motion was made by Commissioner Uranga, seconded by Commissioner Price, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Zendejas, Allen, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga and Richardson Absent: 4 - Saro, Austin, Hudson and Tanzer 2. 21-0026 Recommendation to receive and file the Housing Authority Financial and Operational Performance Reports for October 2020. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Zendejas, seconded by Commissioner Allen, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Zendejas, Allen, Price, Supernaw, Mungo, Uranga and Richardson Absent: 4 - Saro, Austin, Hudson and Tanzer 3. 21-0027 Recommendation to authorize Housing Authority Director, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend Contract No. 34756 with BDO USA, LLP, formerly Casterline Associates, P.C., of Philadelphia, for professional accounting services, to increase the contract amount by $75,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $486,378, and to extend the term to March 31, 2021. (Citywide) A motion was made by Commissioner Uranga, seconded by Commissioner Mungo, to approve recommendation.
