2. 14-014PR Recommendation to authorize the Director, or his or her management
designee, to execute the Personal Services and Instruction
Agreements and amend Attachment “A” of the agreements as needed.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
3. 14-015PR Recommendation to approve the fee waiver requests outlined in
Attachment “A” in accordance with the Fee Waiver policy.

4. 14-016PR Support the activity and recommend that the City Council authorize the
City Manager or Designee to execute a Non-exclusive Commercial
License Agreement with Jorge Rivera to operate a Farmers’ Market
and provide free fitness classes at Admiral Kidd Park for a term of two
years with two, two-year renewal options at the discretion of the City
Manager or his designee. (District 7)
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.

5. 14-017PR Recommendation to receive and file the Director's monthly highlights
report, "We Create Community" for March 2014.
