Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 3. 14-020PR Recommendation to approve the fee waiver requests outlined in Attachment “A” in accordance with the Fee Waiver policy. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 4. 14-021PR Recommendation to Authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a second amendment, and any related docusments, to Right of Entry Permit No. 32706, with Bikeable Communities to offer bicycle racing and community bicycle education classes in El Dorado Regional Park every Tuesday evening, from March through August each year, and remove the requirement to offer bicycle racing classes at another Long Beach location.
