Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 14-033PR Approve the rehabilitation of the baseball field at Houghton Park by the Long Beach Unified School District and recommend to the City Council the approval of a Right of Entry permit to allow the Long Beach Unified School District and its agents to complete the project; and Recommend to the City Council the approval of a new Joint Use Agreement between Long Beach Unified School District and the City of Long Beach for the use of the baseball field at Houghton Park.
