(Citywide) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 5. 14-079PR Approve the concept of a Memorial Wall in Rosie the Riveter Park to honor members of the United States Armed Forces who have died since September 11, 2001, and authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a Right of Entry Permit and any other documents necessary for the installation of the Memorial Wall, with Honoring Our Fallen, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Cypress, CA (District 5) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation. 6. 14-080PR Approve the development and permitted operation of a Bee Sanctuary within Willow Springs Park, and authorize the Director of Parks, Recreation and Marine to execute a new Revocable Use Permit and any documents necessary, with Sierra Club, a 501(c)3 Corporation located in Los Angeles, CA, on behalf of Long Beach Beekeepers, for the aforementioned development and permitted operation of the same. (District 7) Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
