Antonette at 9:05 am, at El Dorado West Sr. Center, Library. Director Chapjian took roll call and

and amend Attachment “A” of the agreements as needed.

He recommended the drawings/renderings be vetted through the Maintenance

change for the April 2015 Parks & Recreation Commission meeting.
Director Chapjian discussed holding an evening meeting regarding the following:
Artificial Turf
Belmont Pool
Lincoln Park Development
This topic was discussed and the April 17, 2015 will remain as scheduled - 9am
- El Dorado Sr. Center Library.
Separate meetings will be scheduled regarding the above referenced topics.

and Recreation Commission on non-agenda items. Each speaker is limited to three
minutes unless extended by the Parks and Recreation Commission.
Mary Parcell spoke regarding nesting birds and the Public Works project to repave Ocean
Boulvard.
Commissioner Zanatta spoke.

Robert Livingstone thanked Ms. Parcell for the El Dorado Audubon's support and
assistance with the El Dorado Duck Pond educational program.
Ann Cantrell spoke regarding artificial turf.

Summer Wells spoke regarding artificial turf and the need for wider distribution of meeting
notifications.

STAFF COMMENTS
Gladys Kaiser spoke regarding upcoming events and summer programs. Additionally our
Summer Kick Off Concert will be held at Marina Vista Park on May 22, 2015.
Robert Livingstone thanked Mary Parcell regarding the recent Arbor Day event.
Valerie Davis reminded Commissioners to file their Form 700. Filings are due April 1, 2015.
The April 3rd Maintenance and Infrastructure Committee meeting will be held at Willow
Springs Park.

with the events he's attended and staff's hard work. Please also consider attending the
"Saints" run on March 28, 2015.
