Valerie Davis asked the Commission if it was acceptable to them to cease mailing agenda packets each month - email the Commission link to the agenda, and have hard copy packets available at each Commission meeting for the Commissioners. The Commissioners agreed to this shift in practice. Meredith Reynolds advised there will be a 2nd Community workshop for the Houghton Park Master Plan on Saturday, August 29, 2015. * Commissioner Zanatta spoke. * Acting Director Scott spoke. * Meredith Reynolds spoke. Commissioner Goldberg stated we all should be aware of the upcoming rainy season and act accordingly regarding flood insurance policies.
