CALL TO ORDER
The Parks and Recreation Commission meeting was called to order by Chair Goldberg at
9:00 a.m., at the El Dorado Park Senior Center.

Director Mouet took the roll call and confirmed a quorum.
A motion was made by Commissioner Ursua and seconded by Commissioner Antonette
to excuse Vice Chair Heggeness from the March 22, 2018, Parks and Recreation
Commission Meeting. The motion carried by the following vote:
