ROLL CALL Director Mouet took the roll call and confirmed a quorum. A motion was made by Commissioner Ursua and seconded by Commissioner Antonette to excuse Vice Chair Heggeness from the March 22, 2018, Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting. A motion was made by Commissioner Sievers, seconded by Commissioner Morales, to approve the recommendation.
