The Parks and Recreation Commission meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Zanatta at
9:01 a.m., at the El Dorado Park Senior Center.

by Commissioner Ursua to excuse Vice Chair Heggeness from

Antonio Guerrero is a kind and a thoughtful man who carries out his responsibilities well and
in a timely manner. He arrives early to work and always goes above and beyond what he is
assigned.
Antonio displays great enthusiasm to learn and can be counted on at any time. Antonio is a
forward thinker, courteous, helpful to co-workers and the public. His enthusiasm to learn is
very inspiring to others and has excelled in every assignment given.
