2. 17-007TI Recommendation to receive and file an oral presentation from the
Technology & Innovation Department on Customer Service
Relationship Management (CRM). CRM software is used to
manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the
customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships
with our customers.
