A motion was made by Vice Chair Arnold, seconded by Director Sanders, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 3 - Sabrina Sanders, John Thomas and Diane L. Arnold Abstain: 1 - Stacy McDaniel Absent: 3 - Jan Ward, Patrice Wong and Russell Doyle 2. 16-024CI Recommendation to authorize the President or designee to extend the Agreement to Negotiate Exclusively with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles for the development of 1950-1960 Henderson Avenue. A motion was made by Director McDaniel, seconded by Vice Chair Arnold, to approve recommendation.
