Brideau; Deputy Chief Assessor, R. Rondeau; Assessor, R. Flood 1. Review of minutes from February 6, 2024 meeting – R. Flood motion to accept the minutes, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 2. Applications for MOTOR VEHICLE EXCISE TAX ABATEMENTS (supporting documentation attached to each application)  Motor Vehicle Excise Abatements o Week of January 29 to February 02 – Approved by signatures 3. Statutory Exemptions – Clause 41C: 3 applications – R. Flood motion to approve these applications, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 4. FY24 Real Estate and Personal Property Abatements  1 Personal Property abatement application (businesses closed prior to assessment date) and 3 Real Estate abatement applications were granted - R. Flood motion to approve, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous.  2 Real Estate abatement applications were denied - R. Flood motion to approve, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 5. FY25 3ABC – 26 FY25 3ABC have been reviewed and meet all the requirements criteria - R. Flood motion to approve, R. Rondeau 2nd – Unanimous. 6. Old Business - None 7.
