EMERGENCY MEETING Luck Village Board Wednesday, July 18, 2023 at 3:30pm Luck Village Hall 401 S. Main St. MINUTES I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Roll Call: Mike Broten, Sonja Jensen, Kyle Johansen, Jerry Kruse, Nick Mueller, Felicia Pedersen, Ron Steen, Sonja Jensen, Nick Mueller and Felicia Pedersen – absent, all others here II. AUTHORIZATION TO OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT AT FRANDSEN BANK & TRUST FOR THE LUCK SCHOOL DISTRICT SAFE ROOM FEMA GRANT FUNDS. Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve the New Account at Frandsen Bank for the Safe Room Grant Funds to be deposited for the Luck School District and also approve the signers on this account: Lori Pardun, Village Clerk, Laurie Cook, Village Treasurer, Sonja Jensen, Village President Pro-tem, all in favor – Johansen abstained, all others aye, carried III.
