APPROVE AGENDA: motion by Jensen/Lundeen to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried 3. APPEARANCE BY VISITORS: None 4. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES FROM JANUARY 6, 2020: Jensen/J Anderson to approve the minutes from January 6, 2020, all in favor- aye, carried 5. OPEN SEAT: Motion by Lundeen/J Anderson to approve the open seat position by Alyssa Bader, all in favor – aye, carried 6. NEW WEBSITE: Discussion on providing more picture to add to the website 7. HALLOWEEN DOWNTOWN: Discussion on Trunk or Treat- all welcome. Oktoberfest 2024? 8. WINTER CARNIVAL- Discussion on ideas- “Selfie Station”, 5k fat tire bike, snow shoe on the gandy or golf course, ice rink, 9.
