LUCK GOLF COURSE COMMISSION MEETING Wednesday, February 28, 2024 – 8:00am Luck Golf Course 1520 So. Shore Dr. Luck, WI 54853 MINUTES a. Call to Order- Mike Broten, Kevin Clunis, Marcus Wilhelm, Bruce Anderson, Jeff Anderson- here Ron Steen- here via phone Mike McMahon- absent b. Motion by Steen/Jeff Anderson to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. c. Motion by Broten/Jeff Anderson to approve the minutes from 1/3/2023 with the changes of putting the Golf Course siding out for bid, all in favor- aye, carried. d. Commissioners open Discussion: general construction conversation e. Motion by Broten/Steen to approve LP Smartside siding on all sides of the Golf Course Pro Shop and will put the labor out for bid by phone calls- golf course will pay for the material, all in favor- aye, carried. f. Motion by Broten/Bruce Anderson to table the siding color until a later date, all in favor- aye, carried. g. Chuck Torrance and/or Roger Swanson will discuss this action with the person who placed this ad in the advertiser for catering. h. Clubhouse Manager Update: 1670 memberships sold, 11/1/2023-2/27/2024 $25,900.00 total ($15,940.00 memberships, $2,306.00 simulator, $7,650.00 pro shop/food/beverage) i. Golf Course Maintenance Update: clean up day, sewer hook up j. Next Meeting Date- Monday, March 25th @5:30pm k.
