Electrical Inspector Chapter 238-4 Hearing closed @ 4:50pm- No Attendees PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, March 26, 2024 5:00pm or immediately following Public Hearing 401 S. Main Street Luck WI 54853 ROLL CALL: President-Open Seat, Don Clarke, Ron Erickson, Matt LoRusso, Jerry Kruse, Ron Steen- here Nick Piszczek- absent I. Meeting called to order II. Motion by LoRusso/Kruse to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. Motion by Steen/LoRusso to approve the minutes from February 8, 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. VISITORS: NA V. ACCESSORY USES AND STRUCTURES:  1. Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve a change in ordinance-#620-75 Accessory Uses and Structures- Not allow permanent shipping and storage containers or similar buildings for 60 days, all in favor- aye, carried. 2. Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve a change in ordinance- #620-75-B-c Accessory Uses and Structures to decrease the size limit, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. ELECTRICAL INSPECTION ORDINANCE: CHAPTER 238-4 Construction standards; codes adopted: Motion by Kruse/Clare to approve the Electrical Inspection Ordinance to allow the Village of Luck to become delegated to provide inspections services for commercial buildings and commercial electrical work, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. RANDE GILLER POLL SHED: Motion by Steen/Clarke to approve the site plan for Rande Giller, all in favor- aye, carried. VIII. ORDINANCE REVIEW: Motion by LoRusso/Steen to approve and review the Abandoned/Unsafe buildings and Storage of Junk Ordinances and send out letters to the residents that are in violation of these ordinances and give them 30 days to respond to the village-recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. IX. ADJOURNMENT- Motion by Steen/Kruse- adjourned
