ROLL CALL: Sonja Jensen-absent Mike Broten, Stephanie Mueller, Ron Steen- here III. AGENDA: Motion by Broten/Steen Discussion and possible action to approve the agenda. IV. MINUTES: Motion by Steen/Mueller to approve the minutes from April 10, 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. V. CHECKS/VOUCHERS: Motion by Steen/Mueller to approve the checks and vouchers for April 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. PARK AND REC EMPLOYEE: Motion by Steen/Mueller to approve to hire a Park and Rec employee for $14.00 an hour and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. A-1 EXCAVATING PAYMENT: Motion by Steen/Broten to approve the payment amount of $126,620.75 to A-1 Excavating for the Park Avenue Project and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VIII. ADJOURN: Motion by Broten/Steen, meeting adjourned.
