JOINT PUBLIC SERVICE/WATER-SEWER MEETING WEDNESDAY, MAY 29, 2024 3:00PM LUCK VILLAGE HALL 401 MAIN ST MINUTES Roll Call: Jerry Kruse, Ron Steen, Open Seat (Public Service) - all here Ben Huppert, Jerry Kruse and Ron Steen (Water Sewer) – all here Scott Anderson-Public Works Director – here I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Steen called the meeting to order II. APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Huppert/Kruse to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. APPROVE MINUTES: Motion by Kruse/Huppert to approve the minutes from 12/5/2023, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. 2024 ECMAR RESOLUTION 2024-6-12: Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve the 2024 ECMAR Resolution, all in favor- aye, carried. V. GOLF COURSE WATER/SEWER PERMIT: Motion by Huppert/Steen to approve the Golf Course Water/Sewer hookup permit by the maintenance building, all in favor- aye, carried. VI. PARK AVE DRIVEWAY REPAIR: Motion by Kruse/Hupper to table this until we receive a price on the cost to repair 110 Park Ave Driveway after Park Ave Construction, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. 3rd Ave DRIVEWAY: Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve putting in a slopped curb so that the owners can put a driveway in when we  repair 3rd Ave which is no cost to the Village, all in favor- aye, carried. VIII. BEIRMAN PROPERTY: Discussion on water/sewer hook-up installation on 1707 Lake Ave, no action taken. IX. Adjourn: Motion by Huppert/Steen- meeting adjourned.
