JOINT PUBLIC SERVICE/WATER-SEWER MEETING Tuesday, JULY 2, 2024 11:30AM LUCK VILLAGE HALL 401 MAIN ST MINUTES Roll Call: Jerry Kruse, Ron Steen, Open Seat (Public Service) – all here Ben Huppert, Jerry Kruse and Ron Steen (Water Sewer) – all here Scott Anderson-Public Works Director - here I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Steen called the meeting to order II. APPROVE AGENDA: Motion by Huppert/Steen to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. III. APPROVE MINUTES: Motion by Steen/Huppert to approve the minutes from 5/29/2024, all in favor- aye, carried. IV. GILLER DRIVEWAY: Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve the driveway repair for Rick Giller for the amount of $900.00 and $900.00 with MSA reimbursing us for the concrete that would have been used per the bid and recommend to the Finance Board, all in favor- aye, carried. V. WATER RATE INCREASE: Motion by Steen/Kruse to approve starting the process with a full rate case review with the PSC and recommend to the Finance Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VI.
