ROLL CALL: Sonja Jensen, Mike Broten, Stephanie Mueller- all here III. AGENDA: Motion by Jensen/Mueller to approve the agenda, all in favor- aye, carried. IV.MINUTES: Motion by Mueller/Jensen to approve the minutes from July 10, 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. V. CHECKS/VOUCHERS: Mueller/Jensen to approve the checks and vouchers for July 2024, all in favor- aye, carried. VI.A-1 EXCAVATING PAYMENT: Motion by Jensen/Broten to approve the payment (#4) amount of $204,365.80 for the Park Avenue Project and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VII. GOLF COURSE TIMBER SALE: Motion by Broten/Mueller to approve the Golf Course Timber Bid for $13,539.90 from Park Falls Hardwood recommended by the Golf Commission and recommend to the Village Board, all in favor- aye, carried. VIII. ADJOURN: Broten/Jensen- meeting adjourned *Note it is possible that a quorum of the Village Board may be in attendance at this meeting to discuss information.
