CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 5:48 p.m. B. TOPICS 1. DISCUSSION ON TEMPORARY SIGN EXEMPTION ORDINANCE CHANGES Thomas Trask, City Attorney 2. UPDATE ON FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES PROCESS Vincent Tenaglia, Assistant City Manager/Finance Director CM: These items are items that are still open from previous meetings or requests that the City Clerk has compiled. He requested that due to the move to the new City Centre and the incompletion of the new Commission Chambers that these items be referred to a workshop in May instead. He wants to ensure that the Chamber room is complete before any meetings that could be rescheduled take place. He did remind the Board, however, that the regular meeting in April will have to take place in order to swear in Commissioners Poe and Shontz, who were unopposed in the election for their seats. The auditors have also reserved space at this meeting for their presentation on the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget. BOC Agenda Setting Meeting - 03/10/2014 1 12 Consensus was to cancel the March and April Workshops until the new Commission Chambers are completed. D.
