Coordination of traffic lights on Gulf Blvd. from the north to Tom Stuart Causeway Commissioner Douthirt asked that the words “forced resignation” in Agenda Item A to be changed to read “resignation.” Vice Mayor Andrews said Agenda Item A will not be a verbal presentation. He asked to include with the item the letter for the pre-disciplinary hearing that was distributed to the Board of Commissioners at a previous meeting and anything in Ms. Gambles personnel file that would support any claims for the pre-disciplinary hearing. The Board needs to find out if the rules were followed. If the rules were not followed, they deal with it and if the rules were not followed, he is happy to drop the issue. He has no problem in rewording the agenda item title. Vice Mayor Andrews added: N. The possibility of purchasing property on Palm Street for the purpose of putting a parking lot there to ease some ofthe burden for lack of parking in the City, and to create some revenue. This item could be discussed as a part of Agenda Item E. He will also bring it up at the end ofthe regular meeting. The City Manager added: O. LED Lighting RFP P. John’s Pass Parking Lot Q.
