City Council Meeting Monday, September 9, 2019 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike Grote. Those in attendance were; Mike Grote, Andy Gappa, Cody Eager, Larry Schickling and Dave Whitney. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Dave Whitney to approve the Consent Items. Voting in favor of said motion, Mike Grote, Cody Eager, Dave Whitney, Larry Schickling and Andy Gappa, motion was approved. A Motion was made by Dave Whitney and seconded by Andy Gappa to adopt Resolution 2019-12, Resolution Establishing Procedures relating to compliance with reimbursement bond regulation under the Internal Revenue Code. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote, Cody Eager, Dave Whitney, Larry Schickling and Andy Gappa; motion was approved. A Motion was made by Larry Schickling and seconded by Cody Eager to approve Pay Request #1 submitted by APX Construction Group for $301,871.52 for the Street Shop Rebuild. This puts the project at 60% complete. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote, Dave Whitney, Cody Eager, Larry Schickling and Andy Gappa motion was approved. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Cody Eager to approve Pay Request #2 submitted by Rice Lake Construction Group for $291,254.80 for the WW Lift Station Improvements. This put the project at 89% complete. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote, Cody Eager, Larry Schickling and Andy Gappa; motion was approved. Dave Whitney abstained for vote. With no further business before the Council, A Motion was made by Larry Schickling and seconded by Andy Gappa to adjourn the meeting. Voting in favor of said motion, Mike Grote, Andy Gappa, Cody Eager, Larry Schickling and Dave Whitney. Voting against none, motion carried.
