City Council Meeting Monday, October 10, 2022 7:00p.m. Fire Hall Basement The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike Grote. Those in attendance were Mike Grote, Cody Eager, Andrew Gappa and Glen Christensen. Dave Whitney was absent. Stat. 282.01. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote-Yes, Cody Eager-Yes, Andy Gappa-Yes and Glen Christensen-Yes. Motion was approved. Dave Whitney was absent. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Glen Christensen to approve Pay Request No. 13 to Maguire Iron in the amount of $4,750.00. A Motion was made by Cody Eager and seconded by Glen Christensen to approve advertising for 2022-2023 Snow Hauling RFP. A Motion was made by Andy Gappa and seconded by Glen Christensen to approve the curb cut request and sidewalk cost share at 221 Adams NE. Curb cut request is for driveway approach currently 14 ft to 19 ft to the north. Sidewalk cost share for the front sidewalk was discussed. This cost share is only for the product per square yard, no labor. Voting in favor of said motion; Mike Grote-Yes, Andy Gappa-Yes, Glen Christensen- Yes and Cody Eager-Yes. Motion was approved.
