Madison Heights Case, pursuant to Section 8(e) of the Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.268(e) 1 03-11-24  Motion to enter into Closed Session for Legal Counsel to discuss pending litigation, Oakland County Circuit Court Case No.24-CZ-2024-205299-CZ - Skye Extraction, LLC v.
