Please no,fy Melissa if unable to a9end. PRESENT: M. Honohan, A. Baillie, J. Rhodes, D. Mantone, J. Maccari, R. Snyder, C. Kellogg I. Call to Order at 7:30 pm by M. Honohan II. Introduc,ons III. Approval of the January 2020: a. Mo,on to approve January 2020 Minutes, with amendments, made by J. Rhodes, Second D. Mantone, passed unanimously. IV. Considera,on of Borough of Madison applica,on for Open Space Funds. A Mo,on to approve the request of $6,470 to fund the prepara,on of a state and county grant to pay for the construc,on documents in Phase 1. Mo,on to approve made by J. Rhodes, Second C. Kellogg – Mo,on passed unanimously. V. Update regarding the status of the dra\ Borough of Madison Open Space and Recrea,on Plan Update was given. The Dra\ was shared with the Planning Board and appropriate Borough Commi9ees for review and considera,on. Comments were received from the Recrea,on Commi9ee and Shade Tree Management. These comments will be made know to the Planning Board at the February 18, 2020 mee,ng where the dra\ will be considered. VI. New Business: The Commi9ee will revise and provide a dra\ of the Open Space Policies and Procedures for discussion and considera,on at the March 2020 mee,ng. An announcement regarding the Redevelopment Forum 2020 taking place on March 6, 2020 at the Hya9 Regency in New Brunswick was made for those who may be interested in par,cipa,ng. The Madison Master Plan Survey is live and taking input un,l April 2020. This is an important part of the visioning process for the new Madison Master Plan. Commi9ee members were asked to share the informa,on with their liaison Commi9ees, friends, neighbors and community contacts. M. Honohan will send out the informa,on to the Open Space Commi9ee membership.
