Brown – Present CITY OFFICIALS COURT REPORTER City Attorney Patrick Gunn Lauren Goodman Planning and Zoning Director Erika Kennett ATTENDEES Chris Treloar CASE #16-V-001 CALL to ORDER Chairman Goddard called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. and asked Director Kennett to call the roll. The record of attendance is shown above. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion to approve the October 9, 2015 minutes as submitted was made by Member Mayer and seconded by Member Miller. The minutes were approved, with the changes from Member Mayer. OLD BUSINESS None NEW BUSINESS. Director Kennett gave the details of the variance case. A permit was submitted by Mr. and Mrs. Treloar. Mr. Treloar testified that he agreed with the statements made by Director Kennett. Director Kennett verified the adjacent property owners were notified about the variance request and the City had received no feedback regarding this case. Testimony #1 With all the questions satisfactorily answered, Member Moeckel and seconded by Member Mayer to approve the variance. The resulting vote was 5-0 approving of granting the variance.
