MEMBERS PRESENT Richard Mack, Alan Marshall, Ilona Haydon, Colleen Kenny, Hank Yonkman MEMBERS ABSENT Bob Hornkohl, Second District Council Seat OTHERS PRESENT: Department Directors, Public and Media Discussion on Refuse Fund, 2010- 2011 Fiscal Year Budget, 2011-2015 Capital Improvement Plan. Discussed Refuse Collection and payment system. Final decision from Council was to accept the adjusted status quo model, reduce refuse millage from 1.5 to 1. 15, increase general fund operating millage by the same . 35 mills and reduce spring trash haul to every other year.
