MANISTEE AREA P. G. E COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES November 28,2001 A regularly scheduled meeting of the Manistee Area P. G.E Commission was held on November ? 8, 70 Maple Street, Manistee, 2001 at 6: 00 p.m. in the first floor Conference Room at City Hall, Michigan. MEMBERS PRESENT: F. Balcer, K.Lewis, J. Mencarelli, M.Tillotson, J. Bali, M. Carlson, Lee Sprague MEMBERS ABSENT: OTHERS PRESENT: T. Collins, There was a motion by Balcer, seconded by Ball to accept the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion passed 7- 0 ; Oak Hill Electronics has been to the head end site and cleaned the equipment. Everything else is running normally. M: encarelli distributed a proposed contract. After some discussion, there was a motion by Ball, supported by Sprague to have the contract reviewed by the city attorney and brought to the next meeting for signing. Bylaws and Policies revisions - Scrimger reported that he has received and implementing suggestions from the city attorney. He received some definitians provided by Lewis and will use them to finalize the document. Scrimger reported on steps that will be tak.en to assure that all eity commission meetings will be taped.
