Call to Order Present: 7- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg Absent: 1- Nickels 2. Bids for 2021 Concrete Paving II (Custer Street Reconstruction), Project WS-21-2 & WS-21-17 City Clerk reported having received two (2) e-bids. Same were opened and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows: Vinton Construction Company, Bid Bond, $3,469,845.90 Advance Construction Inc., Bid Bond, $3,921,792.43 Moved by City Attorney Kathleen McDaniel, seconded by Alderperson Todd Reckelberg, to refer the bid to the Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg 3. Agreement with Play by Design for Community Built Playground at Schuette Park Maintenance Management, AGMT-21-11, for a contract price of $9,300.00 Director of Public Infrastructure Dan Koski explained to the board that the playground is in need of short term repairs. After the repairs are completed, they are creating a plan to maintain the playground for the future. Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Koski, to enter into the agreement. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Reed-Kadow, Alfred and Reckelberg 4. Agreement with Philippi Quality Construction for Lincoln Park Restroom Restoration, AGMT-21-12, for a contract price of $13,123.00 Director of Public Infrastructure Dan Koski explained the funding source is from CARP funds for this agreement. This agreement is to fix the vandalism repairs. Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Reckelberg, to enter into the agreement.
