1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Alfred and Reckelberg
Absent: 1- Reed-Kadow
2. Agreement with Trail Genus for Interactive Trail Project, AGMT-21-15, for a
contract price of $15,000.00
Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Brey, to enter into the agreement. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Alfred and Reckelberg
3. Board recommendation to pay CDBG projects for S 30th St, Custer St, and the
Rahr-West Art Museum Elevator at 100%, withholding no retainage and using the
final pay request as leverage for final completion of the projects
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by McDaniel, to approved the request to meet
CDBG requirements. The motion carried by the following vote:

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to

The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
