Agreement with Trail Genus for Interactive Trail Project, AGMT-21-15, for a contract price of $15,000.00 Moved by McDaniel, seconded by Brey, to enter into the agreement. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Nickels, Brey, Vanderkin, Koski, McDaniel, Alfred and Reckelberg 3. Board recommendation to pay CDBG projects for S 30th St, Custer St, and the Rahr-West Art Museum Elevator at 100%, withholding no retainage and using the final pay request as leverage for final completion of the projects Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by McDaniel, to approved the request to meet CDBG requirements.
