Wednesday, June 19, 2024 4:00 PM Common Council Chambers
1. Call to Order
Present: 7- Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Beeman and Reckelberg
Absent: 1- Norell
2. Agreement with Luisier Plumbing for Water Meter and Piping Replacement at
Lincoln Park Field House for a contract price of $17,209.00, AGMT-24-11
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, that this agreement be
entered into. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Beeman and Reckelberg
3. Change Orders
City Clerk submitted the following one (1) change order for approval:
Vinton Construction Co., CO #2 for 2023 Asphalt Paving III, WS-23-12,
$850.00
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, that this change order be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 7- Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Beeman and Reckelberg
4. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:
Vinton Construction Co., 2023 Asphaltic Concrete Paving III,
WS-23-12, Est. 3, $101,828.57
Vinton Construction Co., 2024 Concrete Paving I, WS-24-1, Est. 1,
$434,812.88
Complex Security Solutions, Inc., Parks Security Cameras,
WO-23-21, Est. 1, $40,919.41
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to approve the payments.
The motion carried by the following vote:

None
6. Adjournment

Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby
given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of
Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to
gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making
responsibility.
This meeting is being conducted both in Council Chambers at City Hall and via Zoom
to maximize opportunities for residents to attend. Members of the public may call to

The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on the
