Call to Order Alderperson Norell called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. Present: 7- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Norell, Beeman and Reckelberg Absent: 1- Nickels 2. Bids for Remove & Replace Existing Sidewalks, Project #WS-25-3 City Clerk reported having received two (2) e-bids. Same were opened and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows: Seiler Bros. Construction Inc., Bid Bond, $139,567.50 Forward, Bid Bond, $157,458.75 Moved by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the bids to the Department of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and evaluation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Norell, Beeman and Reckelberg 3. Bids for 2025 Asphalt Paving Program, Project #WS-25-4 City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and accepted online through Quest, and is as follows: Vinton Construction Company, Bid Bond, $1,065,159.47 Moved by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to refer the bids to the Department of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and evaluation. Same were opened and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows: Interstate Improvement Inc., Bid Bond, $240,275.00 Diamond Surface Inc., Bid Bond, $309,716.75 Moved by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to refer the bids to the Department of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and evaluation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Norell, Beeman and Reckelberg 6. Quotation for Lincoln Park Zoo Gator Replacement City Clerk reported having received four (4) quotes as follows: Feldmann Sales & Service, $37,498.00 Riesterer & Schnell, Option #1, $41,000.00 Riesterer & Schnell, Option #2, $38,100.00 Ken's Sports of Green Bay, $41,916.00 25-0168 Quotation #QE-25-3 Lincoln Park Zoo Gator Replacement Moved by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to refer the quotes to the Department of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and evaluation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Norell, Beeman and Reckelberg 7. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval and payment: Strand Associates, 2024 FEMA BRICK Grant Subapplication, Est. 3, $225.00 RA Smith, Newton Gravel Pit Water Main Extension Phases 2-3, Est. 18, $2,156.00 Strand Associates, Design of Rubick Field Dry Detention, Est. 5, $26,200.00 AECOM, Project #60135471 - 2020-2021 Former Town of Newton Gravel Pit, Est. 20, $43,073.78 Vinton Construction Company, 2024 Watermain Extension, WU-24-21, Est. 1, $426,510.20 Strand Associates, South 19th Pumping Station, Est. 18, $2,621.46 Vinton Construction, Bayshore Trail Project, WS-24-18, Est. 5, $137,849.18 Moved by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to approve the payments.
