Community Development Director Adam Tegen provided an overview of
the memo staff prepared.
Moved by Brey, seconded by Czekala, to approve the funding plan and
recommendation as presented. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 11 - McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Nickels, Czekala, Novak, Lotz, Brey, Hansen, Schlei,
Vanderkin and Brunner
5. Adjournment
Moved by Czekala that this meeting be adjourned at 6:19 p.m. The motion

given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of
Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice
that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location
listed above.
This meeting is being conducted via remote conferencing software due to a state of
emergency and the Manitowoc County Health Department's Order. Members of the
