Call to Order 2. Roll Call Present: 10 - McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Nickels, Czekala, Novak, Brey, Hansen, Schlei, Vanderkin and Brunner Absent: 1- Bailey Also present were: City Attorney Kathleen McDaniel, Director of Public Infrastructure Dan Koski, Engineering Division Manager Greg Minikel, Community Development Director Adam Tegen and City Clerk Deborah Neuser. Alder Vanderkin participated via ZOOM. 3. Discussion Items 20-0752 Committee of the Whole discussion on 2021 Infrastructure Budget - Repaving S. 9th St. between Jackson and Summit Sts. - Patching potholes & smoothing out large bumps on Jackson St. Attachments: Vanderkin Request Alder Bailey joined the meeting at 6:13 p.m. Director of Public Infrastructure Dan Koski and Engineering Division Manager Greg Minikel reviewed various street projects for 2020 and beyond and also reviewed the PASER (Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating) grading system and answered questions. Citizen complaints regarding various streets were also noted. After a short presentation showing streets within the City of Manitowoc in various grades of disrepair, committee discussed different scenerios for street repair and maintenance. It was noted by Council President Sitkiewitz that the committee may want to consider a tour of the city streets needing repair so they have a visual of the different PASER grades. Many complaints have been received relating to Washington Street and it was noted that while State is responsible for Washington Street, they have not addressed the situation. 4.
