Call to Order 2. Roll Call Present: 10 - McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Nickels, Czekala, Novak, Brey, Hansen, Vanderkin, Brunner and Bailey Absent: 1- Schlei 3. Public Comment Council President Sitkiewitz declared the meeting open for public input. In accordance with policy, the public input portion of the meeting is not made a part of the official record. 4. Discussion and Action Items 20-1087 Process for handling complaint alleging Alderperson Aaron Bailey does not reside in District 7 City Attorney Kathleen McDaniel gave the Committee an overview of the process for removal from office for cause and explained the options the Committee has. She further explained that the Attorney General can choose not to take the case and that there is not a cost to the municipality that is laid out by statute. Moved by Czekala, seconded by Brey, to refer the allegation to the State of Wisconsin Attorney General. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6- McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Czekala, Brey, Vanderkin and Brunner Nay: 3- Novak, Hansen and Bailey Abstain: 1- Nickels 5.
