Call to Order 2. Roll Call Present: 11 - McMeans, Sitkiewitz, Nickels, Czekala, Novak, Brey, Hansen, Schlei, Vanderkin, Brunner and Bailey 3. Public Comment Council President Sitkiewitz declared the meeting open for public input. In accordance with policy, the public input portion of the meeting is not made a part of the official record. Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session during the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The specific subject matter that may be considered in closed session is: 20-1215 Incentives/Development Agreement for the Allie Apartment Project in the River Point District 20-1216 Discussion on alternatives related to the Camp Vits Access Project 20-1217 MOU with Translake (SS Badger) for repayment/forgivness of 10% share of HAP grant 20-1218 Assignment of Lease and Two Loan Agreements from Trans-Lake to Lake Michigan Carferry 20-1258 Project Clip in ITEC Park 4. Closed Session Moved by Brey, seconded by Brunner, to convene in closed session.
