1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Lee Thennes at 4:20 p.m.
Others present: Stoeger, Davis and Kunde
Present: 2- Thennes and Vollendorf
Absent: 1- Hazlewood
2. New Business
17-0700 a. Department Head Peer Review form
(Discussion only)
The Committee suggested that this item be brought to the full board at the
July 24, 2017 meeting.
3. Old Business
17-0701 a. Employee Policy Manual merger with City of Manitowoc
(Discussion only)
It was suggested by the Committee to share the current version of this
document with the entire board at the July 24, 2017 meeting. Stoeger will
continue to work with HR Department to bring a completed version to the
Personnel Committee in September, 2017.
4. Adjournment
A motion was made by Thennes, seconded by Vollendorf, to adjourn at 4:50 p.m.
The motion carried by the following vote:

this notice that a meeting of the MANITOWOC PUBLIC LIBRARY PERSONNEL
COMMITTEE of the City of Manitowoc will be held on the date, time, and location
listed above.
The above governmental body will meet to discuss and possibly take action on
