Meeting also available via Remote Conferencing 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call Present: 4- Wellner, Zigmunt, Hennessey and Bare Excused: 1- Sauer 3. Public Comment No Public Comment 4. Consent Agenda These items will be approved by one motion unless any Committee Member wishes to remove an item for discussion. REMOVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: None. Discussion and Action Items 21-0133 Discussion of future Captain of Detective promotion. A motion was made by Commissioner Wellner to place Detective Peter McGinty on an eligibility list for the position of Captain of Detective. Moved by Wellner, seconded by Zigmunt, that this Communication be accepted and placed on file. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Wellner, Zigmunt, Hennessey and Bare Excused: 1- Sauer 21-0134 Manitowoc Fire Rescue Department Firefighter/Paramedic eligibility list. Attachments: 02-03-2021 MFRD eligibility list memo.pdf A motion was made Commissioner Bare to approve the eligibility list. Moved by Bare, seconded by Zigmunt, that this Request be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Wellner, Zigmunt, Hennessey and Bare Excused: 1- Sauer 6. Meeting also available via Remote Conferencing Pursuant to Section 19.84(2) and (3) of the Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to the public, to the Herald-Times-Reporter, the official newspaper of Manitowoc, and to those news media who have filed a written request for this notice that a meeting of the above-referenced will be held at the date, time and location listed above. This meeting will be held in Council Chambers and is also being conducted via Zoom remote conferencing. Members of the public may call to listen in at 888 475 4499 US Toll-free, Meeting ID: 833 5817 5262, Password: 524382. Those wishing to make public comment should email anoworatzky@manitowoc.org or call 686-6559 with their comment no later than 3:00 p.m. Central the day of the meeting. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Common Council of the City of Manitowoc, or a standing committee of that body, may be present at this meeting to gather information about the subject matter over which they have decision making responsibility.
