15-742 Ordinance to amend Section 10.490 establishing two-hour parking zones
on Chicago Street.
Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to adopt this ordinance.
Aye: 4- Able, Sitkiewitz, Sladky and Soeldner
15-372 Proposed Changes to parking restrictions on Franklin Street from South
21st to South 26th Street.
Plan is to eliminate loading zone on south side of Franklin St from S 24 to the west for
some distance. It was determined there are not enough left turns to warrant an exclusive
left turn only lane but making the outer lane (north most lane of westbound traffic on
Franklin St) a right turn only lane was approved.
Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to accept changes and revise
ordinance to reflect plan.

15-682 EMS contract for the Expo events for the County Fair.
Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to approve contract.

15-707 Request from L Wagner for extension of noise curfew for "Campfest" at
Mtwc Co Expo/Fair Grounds Friday September 11 and Saturday
September 12, 2015
Motion made by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Sladky to approve request. Motion
carried unanimously.

15-728 Key Performance 2nd Quarter - Fire Department
Motion made by Sladky, seconded by Sitkiewitz to accept and place on file.
Motion carried unanimsously.

15-729 Fire Department monthly report - June 2015
Motion made by Sitkiewitz, seconded by Soeldner to accept and place on file.
Motion carried unanimously.

15-740 Petition requesting reconsideration of the denial of document 15-615
requesting waiver of hazmat fee.
Motion by Sladky, seconded by Soeldner to waive the fee. Motion failed 2-2
Aye: 2- Sladky and Soeldner
Nay: 2- Able and Sitkiewitz
15-745 Police Department monthly report - June 2015
Motion by Sladky, seconded by Sitkiewitz to place on file. Motion carried
unanimously.

15-746 Police K-9 fundraiser update
No action taken.
15-747 Firefighter/Paramedic Tyler Kiel request for permission to hold MFD Local
368 7th Annual MDA Fill the Boot Drive to benefit local children who suffer
from Muscular Dystrophy.
Motion by Sladky, seconded by Sitkiewitz, to approve Fill the Boot. Motion
carried unanimously.

Manitowoc may be present at this meeting to gather information about the
