CITY OF MANTORVILLE MANTORVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL AND EDA MEETINGS (CLOSED) Thursday, February 18, 2021 6:00 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mantorville City Council and the Mantorville EDA will hold Special Meetings pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.04, subdivision 2 on Thursday, Februar 18, 2021 commencing at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 21 5th Street East, Mantorville, Minnesota, to discuss the following items: a) Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 13D.05, subdivision 3(b) a to conduct closed City Council and EDA meetings to discuss matters protected by attorney client privilege related to the EDA’s reversion of title to property known as PID # 25.100.1400 and PID # 25.100.1180 Please take notice that the item in this Special Meeting Notice is anticipated to occur in closed session pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13D, and the public will not be available to participate in said discussions.
