Maple Grove Arbor Subcommittee Regular Meeting Minutes April 4, 2023 CED Conference Room 9 a.m. Call to Order The regular meeting of the Arbor Subcommittee was called to order by Member Sarah Piket at 9:05 a.m. Members Present Don Varney, Marilyn Arnlund, Sarah Piket Members Absent None Also Present None Approval of Agenda and Motion Arnlund to amend the agenda and remove A. Minutes creating folders for organization and B. review draft planting diagram. Motion Piket, second Varney to approve the amended agenda for April 4, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Approval of Minutes Motion Varney, second Arnlund to approve the minutes for March 22, 2023. Vote all ayes. Motion passed. Old Business New Business Walk-through of Current Members began walking through the existing Landscape Ordinance to Identify Areas ordinance (Sec. 36-831.). They identified multiple proposed for Update changes. They concurrently started a document to log the justification and/or reference source for each of the proposed changes. The subcommittee completed the walkthrough of sections (a) through (c) Adjournment Motion Arnlund, second Varney to adjourn the meeting at 1:58 p.m. Vote all ayes. Motion carried.
